Registration Fees

To participate in the event, you need to pay the registration fee. There are three registration periods, which means that the earlier you join, the more money you can save.

Note: Residents of the Philippines who are not members of FEJ need to pay an additional ₱400. To avoid paying this, be a member of FEJ now.

Accommodation Fees

To stay and sleep comfortably in the resort, you need to pay the accommodation fee. There are various options with different prices according to your preferences on privacy; that is, rooms with less beds have an additional cost.

Be aware that accommodation fees do not include meals yet. (See below.)

Food fees

During FAJRO 2025, you will eat delicious local food for a relatively low cost! If you have any allergies or special dietary needs, please indicate that in your registration so we can take the necessary steps to adapt.

Donations

FAJRO 2025 will be the biggest event in the 12-year history of Philippine Esperanto Youth. Therefore, the costs of organizing the event are high. Additionally, there are many Filipinos who could join it but cannot due to financial reasons.

If you believe that our event is an initiative worthy of your support, please consider becoming a sponsor. If you donated at least ₱500 or €10, you will become a sponsor. Smaller donations are also welcome and you will appear on our list of donors (unless you prefer to be anonymous). You can indicate your donation when you register or donate at any moment using our payment methods stated below.

We will also launch a stipend for FAJRO 2025 to support young people from remote parts of the country, and depending on your donations, we will hopefully manage to support several individuals.

How to pay your fees

You are now aware of your fees. Now, it is time for you to find out how to pay them. There are different methods below. Choose one that is most suitable for you.

There is a minimum required downpayment to confirm your registration, which is 50% of your registration fee. You have to pay for it as soon as you register. You can pay for the rest later (or you can also pay for everything at the same time).

When paying, please be aware of any administrative or transfer fees and add that amount to offset deductions to the total payment amount. We only consider to be paid the net amount received (that is, minus administrative fees).

In what currency should I pay?

The official currency of the event is the Philippine peso (PHP/₱). Participants who are residents of the Philippines pay in this currency.

Foreign participants who will pay through digital payment methods available outside the Philippines have to pay in our reference currency, euros (EUR/€). In our fees table, you will find fixed values in EUR, adjusted to offset losses due to currency exchange and remittance costs to the Philippines. Alternatively, it is possible to pay on site (although we generally discourage all our participants from doing this.)

Payment methods for foreign participants

Here are the available payment methods if you reside outside the Philippines:

C. Universal Esperanto Association (UEA)

Do you have an account at UEA and would like to transfer money from your account to ours? Write to financoj@co.uea.org (CC to fajro.fej@gmail.com) requesting that they transfer money from your account to phej-d with the note: “FAJRO2025 Aliĝo [YOUR NAME]”.

Or, if you do not have an account at UEA or do not have any money in your account, you can also pay with your debit or credit card to our UEA account. On the payment page, make sure to indicate “phej-d” in the field “UEA-kodo aŭ nomo”. Click on the button below to pay this way:

UEA deducts an administrative cost of 5% from all payments. Please add the corresponding amount to offset that cost. There are also other ways to send money to UEA.

Can I register as a walk-in participant and pay on site?

Yes, theoretically anyone is allowed to register as a walk-in participant and pay on site. However, we do not recommend doing so. The resort has limited beds and services and walk-in registrants also add to the workload of the organizers, resort staff, cook staff, etc.

To complete the accreditation process quickly and without stress, be sure to pay your fees in advance and digitally. That way, you will also have proof of pyament, in case you need it for reimbursement and other purposes. Be aware that our organization is not legally authorized to issue official receipts.
